In Honor of / In Memory of a Loved One

Donations can be made in honor or memory of a loved one. HDSA-STL has preprinted envelopes that we can provide for funeral services available. If you would like to set up a memorial fund or make a donation in someone’s honor, please contact Peggy Cribbin.

"Hearts for Huntington’s" Campaign

picHDSA has made paper hearts available for purchase at point-of-sale locations. The Hearts are to be sold for $1 each or a general donation. The person who purchased the Heart can write their name or the name of a loved one on the Heart. Then the Heart is to be displayed in a public location that is easily viewed.

Suggested places to sell:

Work Place Hearts are also available with a barcode on the back if you would like to sell them at a bigger chain store that requires a barcode.

All proceeds go to the Huntington’s Disease Society of America (HDSA) St. Louis Chapter for research and family care and education.
